It is located on a private beach near Barahona town. It offers approximately 16000 square meters with breathtaking views of the beautiful El Arroyo beach, completely surrounded by elegant coconut trees and a tropical garden in unique harmony with the existing vegetation. Casa del Mar is located in the heart of the southwest, between Bahoruco and Barahona, in an almost undeveloped area. It is located in a quiet and dreamy place about 17 km south of Barahona and just before Bahoruco, a small fishing village. The hotel is located directly on the beautiful beach Playa Arroyo. It is a 3 hour drive to Santo Domingo.

The eco-lodge consists of 4 villas strategically designed so that guests can enjoy the incredible views from all 20 rooms. The breeze and the splendor of all the shades of the sea allow for a complete relaxation from the stress at home. The hotel also offers swimming pools, Jacuzzis and direct access to the beach, as well as a bar and restaurant directly on the beach. The chef's menu combines various national dishes with international cuisine.
