Bahía de las Aguilas
Bahía de las Aguilas
Discover the Jaragua National Park, the largest national park in the Dominican Republic.
Playa de las Aguilas was named after an eagle because from a bird's eye view the book resembles the shape of an eagle. The beach is known as the most beautiful in the country. The climate is very dry, the vegetation consists mainly of cacti and other desert plants. The red natural road that circles the bay is reminiscent of an African savannah landscape.
Discover this paradise for anglers and beach lovers. You can also visit the village of La Cueva, where local fishermen live in caves.
